Refund policy

All sales are final.  

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives damaged or defective.  

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ayessiboutique@gmail.com or instagram ayessi_ within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Refunds for damaged items will be issued once we receive and verify the item.  

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any customs or import fees (aduanas) outside the UK.
